Essential Duties and Responsibilities for a Crew Member:

  1. Safety – Operate heavy machinery, hand grinders, and other polishing equipment safely. Operate Truck and Trailer safely from job to job with appropriate preflight, in flight, and return inspections.
  2. Productivity/Quality/Reliability – Operate Concrete Polishing equipment with trained skills to complete projects in a timely manner according to the specifications of each job to provide the Quality expected by our contract specifications and Customer satisfaction. Included is proper set up for machines and line equipment as well as standardized operational maintenance checks and feedback for required maintenance to maintain optimal uptime and operating efficiency to achieve an on-time status for jobs with acceptable excellent quality. Maintain standard practices and procedures. Complete required Safety, technical, and operational training.
  3. Housekeeping – Responsible for job sites and equipment housekeeping to CPR standard which is critical to final job completion and efficient uptime of equipment.
  4. Customer Satisfaction – Represent CPR’s work ethic, possess a professional attitude and perform to standard to provide the quality interaction, quality product, and timeliness expected by our Customers.
  5. Attributes - Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic Leadership Team.
  6. Personal qualities Of integrity, credibility, and commitment to support CPR’s mission and vision.
  7. Interpret work orders And other instructions accurately as required by supervision (Crew Leader)
  8. Complete tasks Within the specified timeframe accurately and professionally while working independently as a Team on job sites throughout the United States.
  9. Flexibility - Able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems.
  10. Other Duties – As assigned

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with peers and supervision.
  • Be at least 21 years of age and must be able to work effectively on a Team.
  • Must be dynamic and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • High School graduate required. College experience preferred.
  • Construction and flooring experience are a plus and experience traveling for work is critical to work success.

Physical Requirements:

  • Travel is required as well as frequent weekend work, but Leadership will manage appropriately for needed rest and family time.
  • The employee is required to stand, walk and use hands and arms for extended periods of time and lift at least 50lbs while working in demanding work environments of several different subcontractors and varied site conditions simultaneously.
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone and provide necessary input for required reports on all aspects of the operations.
